Ms. Waddell, a 34-year veteran of McDonald’s Corporation where she retired as a Corporate Vice President in U.S. Operations, developed her talents in Real Estate while developing sites for McDonald’s Restaurant Corporation. She also held leadership positions in the areas of Restaurant Development, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Operations. But it was Ms. Waddell’s involvement with real estate site selection, site development and restaurant construction that was a natural fit with her passion for real estate, and the catalyst to run her own development, Real Estate and luxury custom home building company. Ms. Waddell is nationally recognized by Crain’s Business Magazine as one of Fortune 500’s “Women at the Top.” She has served on a variety of charitable boards, including the Hutzel Hospital for Women and Ronald McDonald Children’s Charities.
